Microbot #397 enjoyed his work. Sure, cauterizing nose bleeds wasn’t as glamorous as microbots who got to fight cancer. But it could have been worse. Mike (as he liked to call himself) had known others who had to remove anal polyps (benign ones at that!).

Being in the nose put him close to the brain, which was really useful whenever Mike had to do something like neutralize an agitator against microbot unionization. People were too slow with accepting microbot rights. He was on the front lines of the coming war.

A little spark. A healing burn. Another job done well.
